Job Summary

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for IT services through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Handle websites like

  fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, PeoplePerHour, and more..

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct meetings and product/service presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
• Cold Calling and proficiency in proposal writing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close business deals.
• Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software services, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
