We are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our business development team as interns, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion. Who Can Apply: Recent graduates (BBA / MBA preferred) Candidates with a keen interest in business development and IT services Strong English communication and professional email writing skills Committed individuals seeking long-term opportunities (Please do not apply if you're only looking for a 45-60 day internship) Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools Reach out to prospective leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls with a compelling value proposition Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and business emails Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client information Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to support business growth Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT and software services to better communicate offerings Build and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term business opportunities Preferred Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach tools is a plus Understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, mobile apps, digital marketing) is an added advantage Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer: Hands-on experience in real-time business development Mentorship from experienced professionals A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Possibility of a full-time role after successful internship completion Certificate of internship and letter of recommendation (if applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
