Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and hands-on sales initiatives to generate leads and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to align on business goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
