Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions based on product offerings. Build strong relationships with prospective customers to convert them into long-term clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a clear understanding of company products and effectively communicate their value propositions. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and share feedback with the team for continuous improvement. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Provide insights and suggestions for product/service improvements based on client feedback.
