Business Development Executive (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a solid foundation in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the exciting and growing amusement and tourism sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs Support the development of new ideas and initiatives to grow our guest base and increase revenue Help in communicating with vendors, partners, and internal teams Participate in the negotiation and coordination of small-scale deals and collaborations Track and report daily/weekly progress and performance to the management team Stay informed about industry developments, customer feedback, and competitor activity Coordinate with internal departments to support event planning and on-ground execution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any relevant field Strong interest in business development, sales, or marketing Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities Confidence in using email, MS Office, and online research tools Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn and grow professionally Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative when needed What We Offer: Monthly compensation between ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on skills and fit) Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals Exposure to real-world business development operations Opportunities to grow within the company based on performance Show more Show less
