Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef Cook, located in Ahmedabad. The Chef Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards. Daily tasks include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely execution of orders.

Qualifications

Strong culinary skills, including cooking techniques and food presentation
Menu planning and recipe development experience
Kitchen management skills, including staff supervision and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Relevant certifications in culinary arts, food safety, or related fields are a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
