The Chef Cook will be responsible for planning and preparing meals according to specific recipes, ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additional responsibilities may include developing new recipes and menus, and training kitchen staff. Qualifications Excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques Experience with kitchen management, including inventory management, staff supervision, and kitchen organization Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and recipe development Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage Show more Show less
