Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expanding our STEM education programs, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the publishing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively PAN India for client meetings, events, and book promotions.
  • Passion for books and knowledge of different genres, authors, and industry trends.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
