Job Title: Business Development Executive – SaaS Product Location: Teynampet Experience Level: 1–3 years (SaaS sales experience preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking Schedule and attend in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demos Understand client needs and clearly articulate the product’s value proposition Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups and meetings Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to improve customer experience Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools Attend industry events, conferences, and local networking sessions to represent the company Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS sales preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written Willingness to travel locally or regionally to meet clients Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS products to SMEs or enterprise clients Familiarity with software solution sales cycles and onboarding processes Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding domain is a plus Show more Show less
