Position: Business Development Executive

· Location: Hero Honda Chowk, Sector 33, Gurgaon

· Job Type: Full-time

· Compensation: ₹2.2 – 2.8 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.

· Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and features to effectively advise and guide buyers.

· Sales Growth: Drive conversions by achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective client interactions and follow-ups.

· Client Support: Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience.

· Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing product displays to maximize walk-in engagement.

· Market Feedback: Share insights on customer behavior, market trends, and stock movement to support strategic planning.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and foster a collaborative work culture.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Prior experience in sales, business development, or retail (preferred).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer focus with a consultative sales approach.

· Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

· Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, CRM tools).

· Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Education:

· Graduate or equivalent qualification (required).

· Experience in automotive, retail, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
