Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Bidder, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Business Development Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on new business opportunities, drafting and submitting proposals, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure alignment with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating RFPs/RFQs, negotiating with clients, compiling project cost estimates, and attending client meetings to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in business development or bidding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
