Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead end-to-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document client requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Create user stories, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs.
Plan and manage projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Prepare and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage scope, risks, and changes effectively during project execution.
Facilitate UAT, manage feedback, and ensure smooth deployment and handover.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Exposure to ERP, eCommerce, or CRM platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Magento, or similar systems.
Certification in Scrum, PMP, or Business Analysis is a plus.
