Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in defining and delivering solutions for web, mobile, and software projects. The ideal candidate has a strong tech industry background, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
• Analysis: Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Solution Design: Work with developers to design effective solutions.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business requirements and standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools
• Technical understanding of web and mobile development processes
• Experience with wireframing tools, SQL, and other data analysis tools.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, preferably in web, mobile, or software development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
