We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data, technology, and business needs. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, interpret data, and provide insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. What will you do : Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, or analytical models using Power BI , Tableau , and Excel . Analyze trends and key metrics to support process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Create and deliver presentations and reports using PowerPoint, translating technical data into business-friendly insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Delivery) to align business goals with technical solutions. Requirements What we are looking for : 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
