Job Title: Business Analyst (Minimum 1.5 Years Experience) Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine wireframes for both mobile and web applications to ensure optimal user experience. Prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD) to define project scope and deliverables. Conduct thorough Domain Analysis to understand client business processes and industry requirements. Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Draft proposals and SRS documents to effectively communicate project requirements to stakeholders. Work in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Conduct feature listing and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Develop process flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq. Proficiency in SRS and FRD documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client handling. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Qualifications: Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in proposal writing and domain analysis. Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
