JD-Play active role in building effective business processes
• Manage Merchant Management Lyfe Cycle process
• Lead operational assignments as assigned end to end to identify all potential problems and provide solutions
• Assist in writing business use cases, processes, controls, tracking defects and their resolutions
• identify gaps in business process and provide effective end to end workable solutions to improve productivity and reduce time to market
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Adaptable and flexible as tasks and assignments change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Technical Skills:
•Minimum of 7+ years’ experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking domain
•Hands on banking experience in Merchant Management/Cards/payments modules for retail banking would be highly regarded
•Excellent Communication and Presentation skills mandatory
•Knowledge on First Data and VB / Excel macros will be added advantage
