Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM). The BRM will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet owners, drivers, and shippers. Daily tasks include overseeing the performance and efficiency of operations, identifying and addressing client needs, and developing strategies to enhance service offerings. The BRM will also coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital platforms and technology-driven solutions
• Proven track record in client management and enhancing customer satisfaction
