Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer - Fleet located in Rajkot. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with fleet owners, addressing their queries and grievances, facilitating finance and insurance products, and supporting sales initiatives. The role includes building and maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the fleet management operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM). The BRM will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet owners, drivers, and shippers. Daily tasks include overseeing the performance and efficiency of operations, identifying and addressing client needs, and developing strategies to enhance service offerings. The BRM will also coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
