Role Description

Positions: Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Design Engineer, Costing & Estimation Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Product Engineer, Heat Load Calculation Engineer, Steam System Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you may be responsible for one or more of the following:

Sales Engineering:

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements
• Prepare and present technical proposals
• Support sales team with product knowledge and demonstrations

Service Engineering:

• Install, maintain, and repair boiler systems at customer sites
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Design Engineering:

• Assist in the design and modification of boiler and heating systems
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using CAD tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution

Costing & Estimation:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects
• Analyze project requirements and optimize resource allocation
• Support bid preparation and commercial proposals

Process & Project Engineering:

• Design and optimize process flows for steam and heat systems
• Coordinate project activities from concept to commissioning
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Product & Heat Load Calculation:

• Develop and refine product offerings based on market needs
• Perform heat load calculations and system sizing
• Support R&D initiatives for product improvement

Steam System Design:

• Design complete steam distribution systems
• Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

General:

• Maintain accurate documentation and technical records
• Participate in training and continuous professional development
• Travel to customer and project sites as required

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of boiler systems, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles
• Proficiency in Drawing and understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidEdge)
• Basic knowledge of Thermal Energy and Electrical Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites

Experience:

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced engineers
• Experience in boiler operations and maintenance
• Prior internship or experience in Boiler/process industry is an advantage
