Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Analysis:

  • Manage, clean, and analyze employee enrollment data from various HRIS and benefits systems.
  • Prepare accurate and visually effective Excel spreadsheets for client reporting and internal decision-making.
  • Conduct data audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
  • Track eligibility, coverage changes, and enrollment timelines using spreadsheets and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements in reporting.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data specialists in processing enrollment files, carrier feeds, and data validations.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and track team performance to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and presentation quality before sharing with clients or partners.
  • Provide ongoing Excel and process training to junior analysts.

Client Support & Communication:

  • Collaborate with Benefits Managers, Brokers, and HR teams to understand and translate enrollment data needs.
  • Present Excel-based reports and dashboards during client calls or meetings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Support annual open enrollment processes with customized Excel tools and reporting templates.
  • Provide data insights to inform client decisions on plan participation, contribution trends, or communication needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, conditional formatting, charts, and macros).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and spot discrepancies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret English perfectly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
