Business Development Manager (BDM) – Cold Calling & Cold E-mailing Expert

Location: Indore (hybrid)

Experience: 3+ Years in IT Industry (relevant)

Salary: 9 LPA to 13 LPA

Shift Timing: US Work Hours (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, persuasive communicator, and target-driven professional who can generate business through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Identify and contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Pitching & Sales – Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert prospects into customers
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients
  • Market Research – Identify new business opportunities and track industry trends
  • Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports
  • Objection Handling – Address client concerns and effectively negotiate deals
  • Networking & Outreach – Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development-Sales
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with a high conversion rate
  • Knowledge of IT technologies like MERN, MEAN & Python is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Ability to handle rejections and objections with confidence
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales and international markets
  • Knowledge of IT Industry & digital marketing
  • Knowledge of digital sales strategies and automation tools
