Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Nagpur. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing growth strategies and plans, managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, writing business proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, and identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Additionally, the BDE will keep up-to-date with trends and changes in the business world.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of IT services, particularly in web and mobile app development, is a plus
