Strategic Projects & Process Transformation Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives: SOP mapping, BOM finalization, ERP enhancements, and integrated facility setup. Identify and implement tools and digital solutions to automate and streamline supply chain processes. Implement supply chain dashboards and tools for real-time visibility and faster decision-making. Standardize documentation formats & strengthen alignment with NPD, Retail, Online & Finance teams. Define and own key KPIs: Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, Freight Cost as % of Revenue, SLA Adherence. 4. Leadership & Capability Building Build a high-performance team culture focused on ownership, reviews, and internal growth. Create a backup-ready structure via cross-training, succession planning, and on-ground capability building. Conduct regular team trainings on ERP, process discipline, and QC protocols. Lead strategic collaboration with other verticals to ensure supply chain readiness from day zero.
