We are looking for a skilled Backend/Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in building scalable APIs and integrating our services, while also leveraging your data science expertise to operationalize machine learning models and build real-time optimization systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using NestJS (Fastify adapter) or FastAPI.
• Integrate backend services with various AWS components (S3, SQS, SES, RDS) and internal microservices.
• Apply your data science skills to operationalize machine learning models and develop real-time optimization systems.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong programming experience in either NestJS/TypeScript or Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Solid SQL skills and a good understanding of PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and REST API principles.
• Practical experience with the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, SQS, SES, Route53).
• Understanding of rule engines, condition-based logic, and decision trees in Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, and optimization techniques is a plus.
• Exposure to real-time systems or streaming data (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub) is a bonus.
