Backend Developer

Job Title: Backend Developer Experience: 3–4 Years Location: Raipur (On-site / Hybrid as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with our frontend, DevOps, and product teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs. Design database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity. Integrate with third-party services and external APIs. Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployments. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues and implement effective solutions. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks: Node.js / Express.js Python / Django / Flask Java / Spring Boot Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture. Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with version control systems (Git). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
