We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager who can take charge of our corporate outreach and conversion efforts — targeting HR heads, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers. This person should be equally comfortable leading a small sales/BD team and running LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, and SEO-driven lead capture strategies.
Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
Create and own the B2B sales funnel targeting corporates, colleges, and group bookings
Lead and manage a small in-house/outreach team
Build weekly/monthly lead pipelines with clear conversion metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with seasonal campaigns
Lead Generation & Digital Outreach
Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting HR heads, admin heads, founders, etc.
Work with agency/freelancers to drive B2B leads via Google Ads & SEO
Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and follow-ups to improve conversion rates
🤝 Client Relationship & Conversions
Handle end-to-end client communication — from pitch to closure
Customize packages for companies based on group size and experience goals
Maintain CRM/database of corporate clients and repeat accounts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, events, experiences, or services
Proven experience managing or coordinating with performance marketers (LinkedIn, Google, SEO)
Strong written & verbal communication
Leadership mindset — can manage a team, track KPIs, and bring clarity to campaigns
Willing to travel or visit the adventure destination (Rishikesh) during corporate events
Bonus if you have:
Existing network of HR/corporate heads
Experience working with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus
