Job Title: Social Media Marketing Strategist (Full Time) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Strategist with a proven track record for our digital marketing efforts across all platforms for both Thrill Factory Rishikesh and DroneCraft as well as BigPluto Technologies. The ideal candidate will strategize to achieve measurable outcomes through SEO, Digital & Social Marketing including influencer marketing, as well as printed promotional materials. In all, our online and offline presence to achieve measurable outcomes. This individual will be responsible for implementing creative solutions to overcome digital and offline marketing challenges, ensuring the success of our online campaigns and overall brand engagement. Job Location: Gurgaon / Rishikesh Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies that align with our business goals.Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, identify audience preferences, and explore emerging platforms.Content Planning and Execution:Plan and execute engaging content across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube).Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual style that reflects the dynamic nature of our adventure experiences and digital storytelling.Actively monitor and respond to audience engagement to foster community and brand loyalty.Campaign Management:Design and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive site traffic, and generate leads.Define KPIs and measure campaign success using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.Problem Solving:Proactively identify challenges within digital communications and implement innovative, creative solutions.Stay updated with evolving social media algorithms, platform policies, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Advertising and Paid Media:Oversee social media ad budgeting, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.Run A/B tests to refine messaging, creatives, and campaign effectiveness.Location Flexibility:The candidate may work remotely or onsite at our core location in Rishikesh, based on project needs and mutual convenience.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing management, or a closely related role.Education: A master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content in both English and Hindi.Creative and proactive problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with the adventure tourism and travel industry is a plus.Experience in engaging localized audiences and building vibrant online communities.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience and performance.Performance-based incentives may be provided.
