Industry & Sector Operating within India’s high-growth Information Technology and Cloud Services sector, we design, build, and operate Azure-native DevOps platforms that enable large enterprises to release software with security, reliability, and speed—without revealing the company name. Role & Responsibilities Design and manage end-to-end Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, release, and infrastructure automation. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and ARM, enforcing modular, reusable patterns. Containerise .NET and Java workloads with Docker and orchestrate deployments on AKS or Kubernetes clusters. Embed automated security, quality gates, and compliance scans within CI/CD workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise pipeline performance, scalability, and cost in production environments. Coach development squads on DevOps best practices, version control, and GitFlow branching strategies. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 4 years hands-on engineering Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD toolchains. Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash for automation. Strong Terraform or ARM expertise for Azure resource provisioning. Solid grasp of Docker fundamentals and container registry management. Experience operating Kubernetes/AKS in production with Helm or Kustomize. Git-centred workflow knowledge, including pull requests, branching, and code review. Preferred Exposure to Azure security services (Key Vault, Defender, Policy). Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
