Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai, allowing for some work from home flexibility. As an Audio Visual Technician, your day-to-day tasks will involve the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV systems. You will be responsible for managing video conferencing systems, lighting, and projectors. Coordination with team members and providing technical support during events and meetings is also required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AV control system programming platforms such as:

Crestron (SIMPL, VT Pro-e, Crestron Studio, or VC-4)

AMX (NetLinx Studio, TPDesign)

Extron (Global Configurator Pro, GUI Designer)

• Experience with audio DSP configuration tools (e.g., Biamp Tesira, QSC Q-SYS, BSS London).
• Understanding of AV signal flow, networking, and system integration.
• Ability to read AV system schematics and construction drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• · Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Crestron, AMX, or Extron certification (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer)
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, serial communication)
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
• CTS or CTS-I/CTS-D certification from AVIXA
