Job Description: Associate – MIS: Bid & Technical Documentation (Female Candidate)

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site)

Experience: 0–1 year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, technically sound, and detail-oriented candidate to support our bid and tender operations, specifically in the information technology and data center domain. This hybrid role will involve end-to-end assistance in the bidding process, documentation, technical solution creation, and presentation development. It is ideally suited for a fresher or early-career candidate with a strong academic background in IT and an interest in techno-commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities: Bid & Tender Support:

· Assist in the full lifecycle of government and enterprise IT bids including RFP/RFQ/RFI/EOI publishing, corrigendum tracking, pre-bid queries, and submission.

· Understand client requirements from tender documents and support the creation of tailored responses.

· Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and vendors for solution inputs and pricing.

· Compare and evaluate BoQs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of the proposed solution.

Technical Documentation & Presentation:

· Draft, format, and maintain solution documents, technical proposals, and bid responses.

· Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal reviews and external submissions.

· Assist in updating and structuring BoM / BoQ sheets in Excel based on technical specifications.

· Ensure version control and structured filing of all bid-related documents.

Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications:

· BCA or B.Tech (CS/IT) from a recognized university/institute.

· 0–6 months of experience (freshers welcome).

Technical Skills:

· Understanding of data center components (servers, networking, cybersecurity, etc.).

· Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to draft and edit technical documents using templates and input guidelines.

Other Skills:

· Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and follow structured processes.

· Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn the nuances of bid/tender processes.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

· Familiarity with the GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, or similar government bidding portals.

· Exposure to technical documentation or project work related to IT infrastructure or public sector bidding.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
Work Location: On-Site (Gurgaon Office)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
