📍 Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India 🕒 Job Type : Full-Time | 🏢 On-site 🕘 Shift : Day Shift (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST) 📅 Work Week : Sunday to Thursday 🚕 Transport : Both Side Cabs Provided 💼 About the Job We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate – HRO (Arabic) to join our HR Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with Middle East experience and Arabic language proficiency , who are passionate about accuracy and customer orientation. 📌 Key Responsibilities Manage data entry for transactions across ERPs (e.g., SAP, Workday) Conduct self-audits to ensure accuracy Maintain SLAs for Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy Handle basic payroll input queries via email Meet performance goals and maintain target hygiene Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Respond to inquiries using written data and relevant information Review peer work to ensure zero errors Remain updated with HR best practices and industry developments Exhibit excellent client and interpersonal communication skills Ensure timely communication and meet 100% of external deadlines 🎓 Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 0.6 – 5 years of HR Operations experience Mandatory : Experience in the Middle East region Mandatory : Arabic language proficiency 🛠️ Must-Have Skills Hire-to-Retire process knowledge ERP expertise (SAP, WorkDay) Excellent communication skills Experience in Middle East HR processes 💡 Good to Have Skills Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) HR data reporting experience 📩 How to Apply 📧 Email your CV to: pooja@recrutory.com Or apply directly on LinkedIn. 🚀 Why Join Us?
