Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to sharmila@liveconnections.in Position Title: Associate Director - RDAI role Experience Level: 13+ Years Duration: Full Time Location: Pune / Mumbai, MH Permanent Position Skills: RDAI, Java, PL sequel, Python, Database developer, team lead. 14+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in Java, SQL, and Python. Strong understanding and knowledge of Risk metrics (e.g., VaR, scenario analysis, back-testing). Deep understanding of financial products including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Coupons, and pricing mechanisms. Prior experience in Agile environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git. Exceptional communication skills to bridge local teams with global counterparts. Strategic mindset with ability to deliver hands-on solutions when needed. Knowledge of financial market instruments including options and derivatives. Excellent written and verbal communications. Experience and familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg and MSCI Barra risk systems, and Tableau Experience with cloud-based architectures or big data tools.
