Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Schedule shifts and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
Ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
