About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

SALES:

· Generate and convert leads in B2B and corporate sectors

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships

· Prepare and present proposals; close deals effectively

· Stay updated with market and industry trends

· Support international sales if needed

· Knowledge of international trade will be a strong advantage

MARKETING:

• Lead ideation, conceptualization, and execution of product launches, campaigns, and brand strategies.

• Manage content creation for social media, website, and marketing collaterals in collaboration with creative teams.

• Plan and oversee photoshoots, campaign rollouts, and launch events.

• Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and internal departments to streamline communication and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while monitoring trends and competitor activity.

• Ensure smooth workflow and operations across all stages of project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, sales or content roles.

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.

• Creative thinking with an understanding of visual aesthetics and consumer behaviour.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with basic design/project management tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,071,392.10 per year
