We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial products
• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
• Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide efficient after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction
• Submit daily reports on field activities and performance

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 to 3 years of sales or field marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven
• Willingness to travel for client engagement
