Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Marketing. This role is integral to our growth and involves driving referral marketing initiatives, coordinating medical camps, and managing corporate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute referral marketing strategies targeting doctors.
• Coordinate and manage medical camps and community outreach programs.
• Lead corporate marketing efforts to promote our diagnostic services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and patient footfall.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in referral marketing within a hospital, medical centre, or diagnostic centre.
• Proven track record in doctors' referral marketing, camp coordination, and corporate marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
