Job Description

  • SMT, PCBA assembly, Production planning, MRP, procurement, Lean

    manufacturing.. Kaizen.
  • Vendor development factory setup sop.
  • Capacity enhancement shop floor manager.
  • SMT process process Improvement..
  • capacity mapping automation.
  • MIS Advance excel certified
  • PFMEA CAPA root cause analysis ESD implementation..
  • Implementation of SMT Setup - Setting up of SMT lines..RFQ, Machine Selection, Negotiation, Infrastructure arrangements. Factory setup, manpower recruitment New line setup SMT implementation
  • Experienced in Strategically managing various departments simultaneously, monitoring of work and preparation of Schedules.
  • Material procurement by coordination with stake holders
  • Developed exceptionally coordination with vendors, directors and other production people to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Lean Manufacturing experience with knowledge of manufacturing process of Timers, Counters, protection relays, Temperature controller, process indicators, Meters.
  • Good knowledge of design automation test setup to increase production efficiency & increase productivity.
  • Knowledge of design & modify Hardware.
  • Strong Maintenance, debugging and fault finding skills.
  • Experience in Implementation on new

    manufacturing technology /process on shop floor.
