Job Description

Role Assistant Manager HR & Admin

Exp: 5+ Years

Academic: Any Graduate + MBA/ PGDM HR /Industrial Relations

Job Location: Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities:

Manpower Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
.
End to End
Talent Acquisition for different Business units
Complete Life Cycle Management of Talent [From hiring to Exits]
Employee Induction, Orientation and Onboarding.
Develop and monitor the budget for HR department (including training, recruitment and organization development)
Employee benefits and reimbursements
Negotiate and monitor service level agreements
with various service providers to ensure value maximization for the Company.
Periodic Performance review and management of employees
Develop, Deploy and Execute the HR Systems, Polices and Processes.
Learning and Development, Conduct & organize training Sessions on Soft Skills, Behavioral skills
as per organizational needs.
Employee Grievance Handling and Administration.
Payroll Administration and Statutory Compliance management.
Must have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Preferred candidate profile:

MBA in Human Resource will be preferred

HR SOP-Design, Development & Execution

develop the JD KRAs and KPI and ensure timely performance reviews of the resources

HR statutory compliance pertains to PF-ESIC-Gratuity, Contract Labour- Health Safety and HSE

5. Employee Life Cycle management and controls

HR, System-Process deployed and monitored for seamless execution

Compensation and benefits, HR Compliance specially the Contract Labour

Project-Site HR Handling
