Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise FIA uncut sheet production and bulk manpower. Handle procurement planning systems and ensure optimum resource use. Ensure compliance with QMS and ISO 13485:2016 documentation, validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ, PV), CAPA, and related processes. Optimize production to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and recommend productivity improvements. Lead, train, and motivate teams with best practices and safety standards. Ensure adherence to GMP and support audit readiness with proper documentation. Collaborate with R&D for scaling and implementing new technologies. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime. Prepare detailed reports, analyze performance, and drive improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in FIA or IVD production management. Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills. Advanced MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and email proficiency. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Show more Show less
