Job Summary: Empire Grand Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The primary focus of this role is to drive high-quality lead generation in the real estate sector through data-led strategies and continuous performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, analysing campaign effectiveness, and consistently improving ROI through targeted digital initiatives

Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferably within the real estate industry or a creative/marketing agency environment.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Target high-intent users and relevant audience segments to drive quality lead acquisition.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop high-converting ad copies and work with designers on impactful visuals and videos.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics including CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve lead outcomes.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies to expand reach and improve lead quality.
  • Track and analyse user behaviour and campaign results using GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights focused on lead performance and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering the best cost-to-lead efficiency.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and policy updates

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to generate quality leads through paid media on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ad metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead sources and optimize for performance.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking budgets and performance reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and execution capability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising for lead generation, preferably in real estate.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
