What you’ll own:

• End-to-end delivery across multiple key accounts
• Hiring for

  IT & Non-IT roles

  — permanent and C2H
• A high-performing team of recruiters and sourcing partners

• Accurate hiring dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics

• Daily client coordination, feedback loops, and SLA adherence

• Forecasting, gap analysis, and building a proactive hiring engine

You bring:

• 12+ years

  of experience in recruitment delivery (IT & Non-IT)
• Proven ability to manage

  monthly 60+ closures

• Strong background in

  reporting

  , hiring metrics, and recruitment analytics
• Excellent

  client communication

  and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in high-paced staffing or RPO environment
• Hands-on with sourcing tools, ATS, Excel, and dashboards
• Must be based in

  Pune

  and available for on-site work
