Job Title: Assistant / Associate Professor – Marketing Department: School of Management - Marketing Reporting To: Head of Department – Marketing & Dean – School of Management Role Overview We are looking for committed and experienced professionals for the positions of Assistant & Associate Professors in Marketing to join our School of Management. The ideal candidates will bring strong academic credentials, research excellence, and leadership capabilities to support the department’s teaching, research, and academic growth. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing and allied areas such as Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Consumer Behaviour Develop curriculum, teaching materials, and innovative pedagogical approaches Supervise research scholars (PhD/Doctoral students) and guide student projects Conduct high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed national/international journals Participate and lead in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars Mentor peer & faculty development initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience: For Associate Professor - Minimum 8 years of teaching & research experience at the university or college level with a Ph.D in Management/Marketing from a recognized institution is Mandatory and industry experience in the respective field also preferred. For Assistant Professor - Minimum 3 years of teaching & research experience at the university or college level with a Ph.D in Management/Marketing from a recognized institution or registration in Ph.D, and industry experience in the respective field also preferred. Proven track record of research publications in UGC/Scopus/ABDC-indexed journals is preferred Experience in guiding research scholars and managing academic programs is preferred Exposure to outcome-based education (OBE), NAAC/NBA processes preferred Desired Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong industry-academia linkage and ability to design industry-relevant courses Technological proficiency in blended/digital learning tools Ability to contribute to accreditation, curriculum design, and institutional development activities Show more Show less
