Job Description

Responsibilities:  Sales o Ensure outlets attain monthly sales targets (Level 2). o Ensure outlets attain daily sales targets. o Coordinate with Store Manager on Store day-to-day operations. o Product and Process knowledge.  Staffing o Maintain adequate staffing for operational outlets. o Hiring of sales team for new outlets. o Monitoring and evaluation of sales team.  Inventory o Ensure that the store maintain adequate stock requirements. o Ensure the system stock and physical stock at the store are the same.  Process Adherence o Evaluate adherence to SOP of sales team o Evaluate adherence to Sale Pitch of sales team o Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing o Ensure compliance to all company policy  Customer Satisfaction o Manage and resolve escalations effectively. o Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.  Stakeholder Management o Manage relationships with mall team. o Manage relationships HO, Ops and Digital team. o Manage relationships with sales team. o Report all mall team stakeholder engagement in ASM App.  Marketing o Manage and implement sales & marketing strategies. o Support store managers in Sales strategy execution. o Provide inputs for growing brand recall. o Competitor intelligence. o Cross branding and promotion. o Plan and execute promotional activities at outlet.  Business Development o Identify pipeline of potential outlets.  PIP o Management of employee in PIP Key Task:  Sales o Submission of Weekly field visit plan. o Monitoring store cleanliness and staff grooming. o Bill Reopen and Discount Approval.  Inventory o Bottle Stock Audit: Once in 2 weeks o Package Full Stock Audit: Once in a month. o Perfume Stock Audit: Once in 2 weeks  Process Adherence o Store Evaluation - Once every month for all stores.  Training and Evaluation o Employee Evaluation: Once every month for all reporting employees.  Marketing o Planning & Execution of retail activation – 1 activity per store. o All marketing plan needs to be reported in the ASM app.  Compliance o Monitor store camera – Daily o Monitor staff uniform – Daily o Execution of disciplinary measures for sales team.  Operation o Monitoring of stock audit and store cash. o Co-ordinate with HO team for store maintenance.
