architects or interior designers with a sharp design eye and strong skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop

Role Summary

We are looking for Interior Architects / Designers with 1–2+ years of experience, excellent AutoCAD and Photoshop skills, and a genuine interest in lighting design. This is an opportunity to be trained by our senior team and work on award-winning lighting projects that transform spaces into experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create lighting concepts for commercial interiors, façades, and landscapes

• Develop AutoCAD reflected ceiling plans for hospitality and commercial projects

• Build lighting simulations and renders using Photoshop and SketchUp

• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, BOQs, and technical comparisons

• Assist in site supervision and execution monitoring when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong design sensibility and spatial understanding

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Curiosity to learn lighting design software and creative techniques

• Mumbai-based or open to relocation

What You’ll Do

• Work on interior, façade & landscape lighting concepts

• Develop AutoCAD reflected ceiling plans

• Create lighting simulations (Photoshop/SketchUp)

• Present to top architects & clients

• Be part of iconic projects: Google, Amazon, Taj Hotels, Apple, JP Morgan…

Remuneration Package

• Annual Cost To Company (CTC) – Rs. 900,000.00 depending on candidate’s

Aptitude & Skillsets.

• 1 Week Company paid vacation to an International Destination like Dubai, Singapore,

Bangkok.

• 25 % of the Monthly Salary x 12 as Annual Performance Bonus.

• Mobile Communication Allowance of Rs.1000.00 per Month.

• Travel Allowance as per Company’s Travel Policy.

• Associate Designer Status on Completion of Three years.

• Six Months In-house Training on Lighting Architecture & Lighting Design.
