School Serv Designs (https://www.schoolservdesigns.in) is hiring Architects Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka, India We are looking for passionate Architect to join our team! you'll spearhead school projects, collaborating closely with Senior Architects, consultants, and clients. From project inception to final hand-off, you'll ensure seamless coordination, quality standards adherence, and timely delivery of architectural designs. Job Description / Responsibilities • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements. • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion. • Developing and presenting project proposals. • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs. • Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. • Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact. • Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations. • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines. • Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals. Qualification Degree in Architecture or Equivalent Desired profile of the candidate • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with an emphasis in Architecture • Experience in facility design and project coordination • Skilled in design, contracts, costing, and scheduling • Valid Architect registration from COA • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp • Expertise in V-Ray rendering software • Strong experience in handling client communications Experience & Qualification 2 + years Salary range 30,000.00 to 40,000.00 per month Job Location Kannamangala, Whitefield Show more Show less
