Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller based in Noida. The AR Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies, following up on outstanding claims, and ensuring timely payments. Daily tasks include verifying claim status, resolving discrepancies, documenting responses, and communicating effectively with insurance representatives. The AR Caller will work to meet performance metrics and support the financial goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and claim follow-up
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using billing and coding software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field
