We are seeking a highly motivated Agile PLM Consultant to join our dynamic team to help drive product lifecycle management initiatives across various sectors. As an Agile PLM Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management systems to facilitate business transformation and optimize product processes.Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product data is managed effectively while enhancing efficiency and productivity.You will serve as a key advisor to clients, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of PLM systems, utilizing your deep understanding of agile principles to deliver high-quality solutions.This role requires a blend of technical skills and a knack for communication, as you will be interfacing with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be responsible for training and supporting teams in adopting agile practices, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness to change.If you are passionate about enabling organizations to utilize their product data strategically and are eager to work in an innovative and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Agile PLM systems and processes for clients.
Conduct assessments of existing PLM processes and recommend improvements based on agile methodologies.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Agile PLM best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
Support clients in managing product data throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of PLM implementations, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure sustainable adoption of agile practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management or related consulting roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile frameworks.
Proficiency in PLM software tools and technologies such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or similar platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
