Position Summary:

Intent Amplify is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executing outbound appointment generation campaigns targeting US-based prospects. This role demands a proactive, goal-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to engage decision-makers in a B2B setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the appointment-setting process, directly contributing to the business development efforts of the sales team or client campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Call Execution: Conduct targeted outbound calls to US-based prospects with the objective of

setting qualified appointments for the sales team, utilizing strategic communication techniques to

engage decision-makers.

- Effective Communication: Employ excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch solutions,

address prospect queries, and guide conversations toward the goal of securing appointments.

- CRM Management: Efficiently manage leads within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups,

updates, and accurate record-keeping of all interactions with prospects.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to

continuously refine appointment-setting strategies and ensure alignment with overarching business

goals.

- Campaign Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of campaign objectives, target audiences,

and the solutions being offered to ensure effective prospect engagement and conversion.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting

targets, demonstrating high productivity and results-driven performance.


Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in executing appointment generation campaigns

targeting US-based prospects is required. Familiarity with US-specific sales processes is critical.

- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional verbal and written

communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Prospect Engagement: Proven ability to connect with US-based decision-makers and drive

appointment-setting conversations to fruition, leveraging a consultative approach.

- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage lead data, track interactions, and maintain

detailed records.


Preferred Qualifications:

- B2B Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is highly

preferred, as it aligns with the demands of the role.

- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring smooth follow-ups,

record-keeping, and lead progression.

- Independent and Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative

approach within a team-driven environment.
