About The Role

Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement. Skills:

Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.- Strong understanding of ITIL framework.- Experience in incident and problem management processes.- Knowledge of IT service management tools.- Hands-on experience in configuration management databases (CMDB).
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
