Application Tech Support Practitioner

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Independence & Expertise:

    Perform independently, leveraging your expertise to become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Active Participation:

    Contribute in team discussions, offering insights and suggestions to solve work-related problems.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

    Assist clients in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Client Communication:

    Engage effectively with clients to understand their requirements, explain technical issues, and provide clear solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work with other internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and technical issue resolutions to ensure proper tracking and knowledge management.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies to provide the best possible support.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Power Apps

  • Strong understanding of

    Power Apps capabilities

    , including Power Apps formulas and expressions.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps connectors and data sources.
  • Ability to create and customize Power Apps solutions based on client requirements.
